This coming weekend’s new episodes of OCN drama Missing: The Other Side will be preempted due to the earlier production halt to slow down a COVID-19 resurgence. That means follow up drama Search will add another week before its premiere on October 24th, just in time to deliver some scares before Halloween. The production released three new posters and two new teasers recently, all hewing to the gritty and tense vibe the story calls for as leads Jang Dong Yoon and Krystal lead a group of army search soldiers facing off against a more dangerous than a human with a guy type enemy. I think it works to show fresh-faced soldiers like the leads in danger because South Korea does conscript young men from 18 years old onward for mandatory service and it’s quite jarring to know these still developing minds and personalities have to protect the country.
