Lee Dong Wook, Jo Boa, and Kim Bum Keep Up the Gumiho-Human Entanglements in New Teaser for Tale of Gumiho

I’ve been snarking on the promo posters for tvN fantasy drama Tale of Gumiho (Take of the Nine-Tailed) so it’s a nice change of opinion to be pleasantly surprised by the latest preview released by the network. It’s less purposefully moody in that cheesy way and actually has some cool scene snippets that make me interested to watch. Lee Dong Wook still looks like he’s playing both the Goblin and Grim Reaper mashed together but if he can pull it off that should be a fun enough character. Kim Bum alternates between over-the-top sleazy and boyish so at least he’s stretching his skills. Sadly Jo Boa still looks confused and way too serious but hanging around fantasy male gumihos will hopefully rub off on her as the drama progresses.

  • I am more excited to know more about the 2nd lead of this show tbh, seems like they are going to kick ass and have more interesting story vs the main lead! Don't get me wrong I adore LDW but i am NOT sure about the pairing with JBO her acting is mediocre and make me want to cringe everytime I see her on screen!
