Two for the price of one should be the marketing slogan for upcoming sci-fi thriller movie Seobok. Audiences get Gong Yoo and Park Bo Gum like polar opposite flavors of ice-cream as one plays a retired intelligence agent with a medical date with death and the other is the first human clone that gives rise to the possibility of living forever. I think it’s nonsense as cloning can recreate the body but it wouldn’t be the same soul unless science finds a way to move one’s soul into a new body. But still, lots of interesting medical science ethics dilemmas not to mention everyone seems to be out for the young clone for whatever nefarious purpose. The two leads change out of their movie attire for suits and modern menswear in this Cine21 pictorial and interview to promote the movie, love the comfortable bromance which bodes well for the movie chemistry.
