South Korean cable networks continue to dominate in both ratings and award wins. This week the Asian Academy Creative Awards was held in Singapore and two K-dramas received prizes both airing on tvN. Crash Landing on You won Best Drama and supernatural thriller drama The Cursed took home Best Original Screenplay. Both PDs provided video acceptance of the awards, Crash PD remains so surprised at how much love the drama has received around the world and hopes the drama continues to bring viewers joy, and The Cursed PD is the director/writer of Train to Busan and this is his first drama foray and he’s so happy with getting love for the drama. Congrats to both winners!
