Just watched episode 1, and holy hell it was damn good! Kim So Hyun was stunning in the queen attire, can't take my eyes off her whenever she's on screen! And her action scenes were fire! ???
What happened to Queen Yeon was really sad tho, and I wanted more scenes with her and Kang Ha Neul's character On Hyeop. The child actors were great, but I'm so glad the childhood portion didn't get stretched out too much because I'm so excited for more Kim So Hyun action scenes and of course the meet cute with Jisoo.

KSH portrayal of the Queen is amazing. She fits this kind of role.
Now I understood why the role was first offered to SYJ.
If there would be a prequel spinoff about the Queen, I'd like to imagine SYJ and KHN together as the ill-fated lovers.
