The opening sequence of episode 6 of Vincenzo was a balletic comedy set in a courtroom, orchestrated to perfection by Vincenzo with full support of Cha Young and the Plaza denizens. It’s going to need that and more to win against Joon Woo and his Wusang legal minions and the countless judges, lawyers, doctors, and reporters he has in is pocket. The corrupt judge getting stung by the hornet and then calling a continuance for one week with his swollen face and mumbling words had be in stitches, it’s clear Wusang only knows buy off people, frame people, and kill people, whereas our Vincenzo’s extra-legal methods are just creative and funny as all out. Sure he frames it as “mafia” tactics but he’s adapted it beautifully to South Korea. I’m sad he is still keeping his distance from his incarcerated mom and it’s clear she knows his real identity, and he could even be tangentially connected to the Babel web for all we know. I find Joon Woo funny in a scary way, it’s like his sunshine boy self is real but it’s all there to showcase his grand ambition which he has zero bottom line when it comes to achieving his goals. It’s clear he’s starting to show his true self to Vincenzo and I hope he doesn’t underestimate Joon Woo. The Plaza denizens continue entertain me, I’m fully understanding the reason for their presence in this drama to support Vincenzo, give Vincenzo more people to care about (hence protect), and of course all comedy and heart. The NIS agent now gets full reign (and company credit card) to stay undercover (what a good boss he has!) and he’s also protecting Vincenzo by sending the most glowing background checks to Wusang and Babel. I’m sad he deleted “doe-eyed and handsome” because Vincenzo certainly is that!

I've yet to watch EPs 5 & 6 but congrats on the rising ratings! Be back later with thoughts.
I wonder how Joon Woo hid his identity though when he is the legitimate son. I seriously thought that fake chairman was the secret witness just cause he was sitting on the other side of the court ?and he's been mulling over cutting his puppet strings since the last episode.
i love this drama. whoever the pd and writer of vincenzo. you are doing a great job. bravo.... bravo... everything is perfect.
It's really a fun show! Either the heroes either the villains are funny. Even if they're doing really bad things, the humor is making like it's nothing.
Why write spoilers in the headline ?
