The last time I watched a drama set around a family franchise of a famous Korean dish, I was craving Seolleongtang all the time as I was addicted like mad to Brilliant Legacy/Shining Inheritance. Now I’m going to love gamjatang even more than I already to (nomnomnom) thanks to upcoming K-drama Dal Ri and Gamjatang, about a high society art director and your upset rich gamjatang empire heir. Starring Park Kyu Young, Kim Min Jae, and Kwon Yul, this drama is flying a bit under the radar but sounds adorably up my alley as the opposites attract with a fun setting. The script reading stills are out and the leads are looking ready for action, and leading lady Park Kyu Young looks to continue her short hair look from her recent turn in The Devil Judge which reportedly was quite fetching to viewers and is spawning an uptick in short hair looks with hairstylists.

I hope it's written and directed well. I like the synopsis, hopefully another light, fun watch.
Kwon Yul with long hair is chief’s kiss
I came for Min Jae and Kyu Young but will stay for Kwon Yul. He looks❤️
I hope Min Jae's hair is styled better for the drama. It looks so thin and wispy here.
Kyu Young's acting is so bland....she has zero presence.
Love the 3 of them. Definitely gonna watch the 1st episode...why minjae is dressed so formal ?? lol
Me too. I love the three heads.
I would like so much to see Kwon Yul in a spin-of of My Unfamiliar Family, his role was to short!
I like the 3 actors. Lee Jae Wook was offered the role for a moment. I guess the DDSSLLS fiasco stopped him.
