I’m psyched for tvN drama Cliffhanger (Mount Jiri or Jirisan) but actually didn’t feel it was trending this high on the K-netizens wish list. A recent online research firm poll of 1000 people ages 20 and up ask “what is your most anticipated K-drama as well as male actor and female actress for the remainder of 2021”? Cliffhanger was the most anticipated drama getting 32% of the vote. On the acting side, Joo Ji Hoon was the most anticipated K-actor with 29.7% followed by Ryu Jun Yeol in Lost (Human Disqualification) with 23.3% and Kim Sun Ho in third with 17.2% for Hometown Cha Cha Cha. Jeon Ji Hyun at 29.9% was the most anticipated actress with fellow top actress Jeon Do Yeon in second with 18.2% returning with Lost and young popular actress Kim Yoo Jung took third with 13% in her small screen return in Red Sky. So there you have it, and let’s see if this poll translates to ratings for these dramas.

what mean by lost? anyway.. if the survey is conducted among 30 and above k-netz, i think these actresses probably are in the list: jun jihyun, go hyunjung, son yejin, han hyo joo, and song hyekyo. these are also my prediction for the nominees of 58th baeksang best actress

Hilariously, none of these actresses have had their shows air so the fact that you “predict” they’ll somehow be nominated without a lick of a performance to base it off of - yea, shows how legit that “prediction” is.

i don't know what's so hilarious abt my comment.. hahaha.. but if you found that's funny, I've nothing to say ?. last time i checked.. all of the actresses i mentioned probably have their drama airing at the 2nd half of the year..ok aside from son yejin. and i don't need to see their upcoming performances to predict the baeksang nomination. their resumes being nominated in the baeksang best actress award for several times already said it all. but it's just a prediction, not a confirmation. just take it with a pinch of salt. easy
Son Yejin’s drama isn’t even coming out this year. There’s still a lot of kdramas left to premiere before Baeksang. None of those actresses might even be nominated at all.
