You’ll get no quibbles from me for this collection of four aged like fine whiskey hotties but it easily can expand to 8 or even 12 because K-ent actually does have plenty of great, plenty sexy male actors in the 40’s and above range. Vogue Korea picked its four Hottest Ahjusshis in K-ent and selected Park Hee Soon, so dark and riveting in My Name, Lee Jung Jae and Park Hae Soo, double teaming and double timing it up in Squid Game, and Shin Ha Kyun, even when he’s maybe bad in Beyond Evil he’s still soooooo good to watch. These four actors all had major dramas this year so it makes sense to highlight them and honestly I am glad that the older gents are still making hearts swoon as well as impressing viewers with their decades long acting experience and ability.

Park Hae Soo is still good-looking but I don't find him sexy per se.
Lee Jung Jae and Shin Ha Kyun were lookers in their youth but not now. Both of them have aged poorly.

No hate but just a personal opinion. I don find Shin Ha Kyun to be "hot" at all. For the most part, I find him tend to overacted. He exuded similar vibe with Ryu Seong Bum.
I like Lee Jung Jae a lot. Comparitively with his bestie Jung Woo Sung whom generally agreed as better looking, I find LJJ to be hotter cause he exuded way stronger charisma than JWS. But I don really like his acting in Squid Game esp the first 2 episodes. He fared better after that.

Absolute yes to Park Hee-soon. He was so attractive in My Name that it was distracting. Half my brain was thirsting over him, and the other half was questioning if I should be thirsting over him.

A big yay to Park Hee Soon. He was the first male character to grab my attention in My Name amongst all the gangster roles. He reminded me a lot of an older grittier Chow Yun Fatt. Although older, he exuded far more sexiness, manliness and charisma compared to younger K-actors. I think these factors are enhanced with age and experience. I actually wanted HSH's character to end up with PHS' character romantically plot wise. Their fight scenes just sizzled far more than ABH-HSH love scene imo.

He's actually 51. I will watch anything he's on from now on. Just imagine he could play the coolest dad/uncle to actresses in the early 20s-mid 20s. Super stoked he's already booked for another Netflix drama. Read that he watched Godfather to prepare for Choi Mu Jin's role. Did most of his own stunts without CGI and wire. Total respect for this guy.
