This drama feels like it would have been perfect airing last month during the Olympics, or as lead up to it. This is also the second sports themed drama on tvN this year, after Twenty Five, Twenty One comes Mental Coach Je Ga Gil in the summer. The drama will be headlined by Jung Woo as the titular mental coach, a former Taekwondo national team athlete who becomes a psychological advisor to other athletes after he is forced to end his own sports career. He mentors Lee Yoo Mi‘s short track skater with a mental block, works with Park Se Young as a sports counselor, and is rivals with Kwon Yul who clashes with him in their approach to winning at sports. The drama is from the PD of When My Love Blooms and the screenwriter of Special Labor Inspector Jo and Angry Mom.

This is my first time hearing about this drama but I really like the writer's previous works.
Excited that oppa-ya is coming back more often in dramaland. Another mental issue drama for him, though I guess this 1 is kore serious...
The cast seems pretty solid. I do wonder if LYM is able to step up to main lead category well. Have high holes for her, she seems to be a chameleon.
Kwon Yul is so good as nice guy like My Unfamiliar Family, why he always casted as villain >_<
I love ajungwoo in Mad for Each Other.
What a heartfelt drama
