Namgoong Min Confirmed and Starts Filming for SBS Legal Drama Thousand Won Lawyer
It’s time to put away his fists from The Veil (Burning Sun) and use his lips to win scuffles as Namgoong Min is joining the K-drama lawyer brigade for his next drama. It’s the SBS legal series Thousand Won Lawyer which is highly anticipated both for having award winning Namgoong Min as the lead and also that the script won the 2015 SBS script writing competition. It’s about a third rate lawyer who takes on any case for a thousand won miniscule fee, so either he’s got a heart of gold or he’s using cases to advance towards his own personal agenda. The drama is from the writer of Defendant, City Hunter, and Heart Surgeons and is slated to air this June on SBS.
