There is such a noted lack of buzz for this weekend’s new dramas but heck, if it’s good then they (the viewers) will come. MBC sees the premiere of Doctor Lawyer with So Ji Sub, who is such an A-list leading man he has to play not one but two professional genius hahaha. He’s a top doctor who loses his license and then becomes a crack medical malpractice lawyer. The drama premiered to 5.2 ratings which is double what Tomorrow brought in so already not bad. Over on SBS, the network is following up on successful legal thriller Again My Life which hit 12% ratings with another legal thriller Why Her (Why Oh Soo Jae) with Seo Hyun Jin and the first episode came in at a respectable 6% to start. With tvN not having new weekend dramas until Yumi’s Cells 2 on June 10th and Alchemy of Souls on June 18th these will be the choices for the next two weeks.

Haven’t seen Why Her yet but OMG Doctor Lawyer is straight up medical makjang! This is going to be a crazy ride!
Anything with So Ji Sub and Shin Sung in his 'crazy' roles, bring it on.
I watched both , classic chaebol, politician, clinic owners who rule the society and our male lead or female lead who are going to fight them . So Ji Sub charismatic as always and Seo Hyun Jin impressed me . Let's see ...
Better to have a lack of buzz but manage to draw in viewers later, than shows with more hype. Both SBS and MBC had chosen their veteran cast well for this slot, as compare to the current overhype actor in Woori the Virgin and Rowoon in Tomorrow.
