The promo circuit is starting early with MBC Sat-Sun summer drama Big Mouth which arrives on July 29th and this week we’ve gotten first stills and now first official drama posters. It’s way darker and more serious than I thought it would be, I dunno when I heard about a third rate lawyer getting mistaken for a top swindler it just seemed like a mixed up identity hijinks drama but now the posters are channeling Defendant and Insider vibes. The first two drama posters feature leads Lee Jong Seok and Yoona playing a married couple, one more prominently and the other where they are kinda hidden in the contrasting backdrops. He’s in jail and she’s in some leafy park area but they are channeling really nice intensity and coiled auras.

Wow! I agree I didn’t think it would be dark and gritty from the description, on the other hand I am happy that Lee Jong Suk is trying something different from the usual comedy and romance stuff. I have always wanted to see him tackle a meaty role so I’m stoked! Also loving the second poster!
I'm a little tired of all the dark dramas lately but I was also sick of LJS doing the same kind of roles over and over again. I think it's good if he's actually trying something different.
I thought it would be something along the lines of a Park Jae-bum drama (genre themes with black comedy).
Not a fan of Lee Jong-seok, but to his credit, he did try thriller before (Dr. Stranger) and had shidaegeuk experience (The Hymn of Death). Only liked him in School 2013 though; he and Suzy were barely tolerable in While You Were Sleeping.
Eu sou uma grande fã de Lee jong suk, acompanho seus passos a 17 anos e eu sei o quão talentoso ele é, eu digo que ele supera qualquer desafios porque ele é um ator completo.
This is actually not his first gritty and dark role. He was really good as a North Korean narcissistic and sadistic serial killer in the movie VIP. I'm not his fan and I don't have specific biases (actor/actress), I'm basically a non-conformist. If I like the premise, narration or acting, I'll watch it regardless of who the actors are. I'll surely check this one out.
