It’s been a year since hit tvN summer 2021 drama Hometown Cha Cha Cha aired, and in the fast turning cycle of hit to scandal its been the best of times for Kim Sun Ho and then the worst of times. But like all things once seen in the long run there is still quite a runway for him and he’s taking the first steps to return to his acting career with the stage production of Touching the Void. I believe his very ardent fandom has more or less stuck with him but I wonder if the general audience will be back to the degree he had after Start-up and during the Hometown days. I think if he delivers compelling acting performances again and picks a good character/project then he will probably be welcomed back full stop.
