Song Joong Ki Ends His Life on the Precipice and is Reborn Rich into Little Kim Kang Hoon in New Preview for jTB Drama
We’re coming the end of the child actor Kim Kang Hoon era is my first reaction upon watching this latest preview for jTBC drama Reborn Rich. At 13 years old he’s about to be a teen and there goes the last decade where he basically played the younger version of every major actor male lead in a K-drama, the Yeo Jin Gu of his era. Here in Reborn Rich is the kid that Song Joong Ki suddenly wakes up as after he’s brutally murdered on a clifftop and gets a second chance and a rewind back two decades, hence the period setting for the drama. I have been just curiously intrigued by the promos so far but this substantive preview was da bomb, capturing the essence and main point in a fast-paced minute with plenty of pathos and brimming with tension. Love it!

I was side eyeing this drama when it was first revealed that sjk was taking it. Sounded a little cheesy and too close to vincenzo for my taste. Didn't want to see him do the same mafia type chara again, even tho I enjoyed vincenzo for the most part.
But this preview has managed to pique my interest & got me excited lol. Sjk played a good dual role even in AC and to see him do so again will be a treat!
I didn't mind him doing another revenge drama but I'm glad it's a very different one! Looks very interesting. I trust his choices, he likes to challenge himself & keep things interesting. Can't wait :)
The best revenge drama I like him in is Nice Guy (the Innocent Man) in 2012. I think he looks the best there and the acting is good. I also like all the other casts.
