TW-actress Ariel Lin Shares Makeup Free Selfies as She Celebrates 40th Birthday

I’ve watched countless child actors and actresses grow up and of course even more fresh-faced acting talents go from ingenue to veterans yet some hit harder than others in reminding of the passage of time. This weekend on October 29th it was the birthday of TW-actress Ariel Lin, maybe my fave of all time, and she was turning a big milestone birthday at 40 years old. All I can think of is dumb as bricks but heart wider than the ocean high school derp Yuan Xiang Qin in It Started with a Kiss (the ISWAK of my heart) and reconciling that baby-faced high school girl holding our her hand with an envelope containing her heart in a letter with Ariel who is married with child and heading into the 4th decade of her life. Her career has been a series of hits and great acting choices that are both popular and challenge herself. Her last drama is I Will Never Let You Go in 2019 and I’ll always be waiting for when she’s ready for her next project.

Ariel is my forever favorite too since ISWAK. She is in fact a brainy as opposed to her XQ character. Had a close encounter with her in a plane by then she’d be in her mid-30s but she just looked like a 21 year old college student without makeup. No air or vanity!
