Kim Tae Ri in Talks for Female Empowerment Period K-drama Jeong Nyeong
K-netizens love a great casting when the role seems tailor-made for a star. Such is the response to the news that K-actress Kim Tae Ri will likely be the live-action version of webtoon Jeong Nyeong, a period story about a Korean woman in the 1950’s striving for success. It almost feels like a less dark version of her debut character in The Handmaiden. She’s coming off an award winning and ratings hit drama Twenty Five, Twenty One and of course remains one of the top actresses of her generation in both buzz and delivering results so attention is now high on this drama which she will do after she does the next Kim Eun Hee thriller drama The Devil.

Despite debuting late, Kim Tae Ri managed to be the numero uno top actress of her generation. IU and Suzy are only runners-up to her.

You are an obsessed loser. First Kim So Hyun and Kim Yoo Jung, and now them. At least the first one made sense, but this comparison is just dumb when Suzy and IU are singer-actresses with other careers. You should be comparing Kim Taeri with Kim Goeun since you can't live without comparisons.

She is number one actress of her generation and it isn't even close. Lol woozie fans onece here said She is bigger than kim. She has both movies and dramas.
