Lee Seung Gi Files to End Contract with Hook Entertainment After Expose that His CEO Gaslit Him, Withheld All His Music Earnings, and Used His Money to Spend Lavishly

The investigation into Hook Entertainment has uncovered a litany of awful and illegal stuff but the biggest victim appears to be the agency’s top earner singer-actor-MC Lee Seung Gi. He’s been with the agency since his debut 18 years ago so there is strong ties but a few weeks ago his side reportedly requested a full financial accounting of his earnings from the CEO. That was then followed by a Dispatch expose that revealed the Hook CEO did not pay Lee Seung Gi a penny from his album sales claiming it was a money losing that he was doing as fan service, plus using the money he loaned her without interest for her own home and other purchases, all the while being stingy in spending any money on him for legit business expenses (lunches, coffee, etc. during work events) all the while using agency funds for luxury goods, birthday parties, and putting other people on payroll. There are text messages that reveal how awful this woman was and now she’s under investigation by the prosecution for financial crimes. Good riddance! She has vowed to pay everything Lee Seung Gi is owed back while his side has filed to end his contract.

I hope LSG gets back every penny owed to him. Tragic, but this confirms that LSG is really a good guy who rise to the top through sheer hard work, and so humble even when he is already a top star.
captain hook is a wicked one, I'm in utter disbelief the way she put Seung Gi through hell, being a scrooge over an energy bar and considering coffee is a waste for seung gi, while lavishly buying luxury everywhere!
I have been a fan of LSG for many years and always thought he is blessed to have a good agency that supports him in all his endeavors. Really shocking that his agency CEO Hook turns out to be a big time crook and abuser😖. I am glad LSG is now free from her. Wishing him all the best moving forward, I am rooting for him💪.
Lee Seung Gi has been so mistreated my the very people he put his young life in. Justice for LSG. Hook Entertainment took LSG Hard working youth and used it for there gain. Close this company down all the artist need to go to other agencies. Can't believe Park Min Young is going to stay. Hope LSG will not stop believing in himself. His talent is awesome
What a toxic agency. It's horrible reading how much his agency took advantage of him. I hope he can get the money he is owed and the criminals at that agency are severely punished for their crimes.
It's a relief they were finally exposed but if this is the despicable way they treated their biggest star, I can only imagine what kind of evil treatment they also gave to their less famous clients.
