Netflix Drama The Glory Drops Amazing Inside Look Long Preview Highlighting the Thoughtfulness in the Writing, Directing, and Acting to Come
Hot dang this looks gooooooood! Netflix released a 6-minute long “Inside Look” at the preparation and filming of upcoming revenge drama The Glory and it’s really whetting my appetite thanks to answering some earlier concerns. The first is that famed screenwriter Kim Eun Sook appears to be fully back in the driver’s seat of writing her own dramas rather than passing to her staff like she did with The King: Eternal Monarch and also she seems to be approaching this as her own redemption and reinvention arc. The antagonists all got their message loud and clear and have ratcheted up the latent evil while Song Hye Kyo and Lee Do Hyun remain opaque yet intriguing in wondering whether they are good people doing bad things that will ultimately vindicate them or consume them. Check out this great sneak peek (with English subs) as the drama drops the first 8-episode season 1 on Friday December 30th.

Definitely watching this. To watch SHG challenge the confines of her acting prowess, to see what Kim Eun Sook has up her sleeves apart from cringy romance and most of all have a strong feeling this will be Lim Ji Yeons breakout role. She looks so malicious in the teaser. Binge watch timer set. Bring it!:)
