Studio Dragon Licenses Hit K-drama Vincenzo for Japanese Musical Premiering in August 2023 with Leads Wada Masanari and Suzuka Tomita

Sometimes the most random stuff gets made out of hit products and this one is precisely that. The popular 2021 K-drama Vincenzo has gotten a Japanese musical adaptation which just released the first poster above ahead of the August 2023 premiere in a theater in Kobe. The musical stars young J-stars Wada Masanari and Suzuka Tomita, no clue who they are lol but she looks like a dead ringer for younger Kitagawa Keiko. I guess a musical could work since the drama had so many purposely dramatic moments both comedic and dark. If the Japanese musical pans out then it will likely get a South Korean stage version as well.
