Kang Dong Won Turns a Fake Exorcist into the Real Life in Upcoming Fantasy Action Comedy Movie Dr. Cheon and The Lost Talisman

I mentioned its been a lackluster summer 2023 season for domestic K-movies to date but this upcoming one premiering during the family holiday Chuseok season seems primed to lure in audiences. Kang Dong Won may be solely a movie star but he’s not one to wait too long between projects and his next movie is Dr. Cheon and The Lost Talisman (Possession) where he plays a fake shaman hoodwinking superstitious folks until a real possession case with deadly supernatural beings arrives. The movie is from the assistant Director of Parasite so we some familiar Parasitic acting faces here plus the movie brings comedy, action, fantasy, and Korean superstitious and ghosts all in one fun package and it already looks so entertaining from the trailer alone.
