Period Joseon Life is Full of Danger in New Drama Stills for Gyeongseong Creature with Park Seo Joon and Han So Hee
I saw these new stills just after I finished watching The Marvels and it was exactly the eye bleach I needed to erase the image of Park Seo Joon as Prince Yan from my brain forever. Netflix released a batch of new drama stills for upcoming period creature feature series Gyeongseong Creature that sees Park Seo Joon and Han So Hee wielding guns and investigating a dangerous mystery. There are plenty of famous faces in supporting roles including Kim Hae Sook, Jo Han Chul, Soo Hyun, and Wi Ha Joon so this drama is totally primed to have Netflix scrollers run across the promos and pique their interest.

The Marvels's flop at the get-go was a result of wrong strategies recently to deliver MCU line-up. The plot lines were reportedly disconnected from other MCU movies that were supposedly released preceding The Marvels and therefore it was confusing. Writer strike made it worse. Industry insiders said that the CGI was changed and put together in the last minutes before the release date.

Yeah I'd love to support a female director and a female led movie, but the movies just keep disappointing. I don't think they'll get the message that they have to improve until people just stop going to see these movies in theaters. I was so looking forward to the last Doctor Strange movie and it was a waste of a sequel. Marvel needs to go back to the drawing board and dial things back a bit. They just diluted their brand with too many shows and movies. The only movies I thoroughly enjoyed recently were the last live action Spider-Man movie, the last animated Spider-Man movie, and the last Guardians of the Galaxy movie.
Agreed. Spider Man is still praised the most by fans so far. I rarely ran into MCU fans who do not like Spider Man. I did not watch Guardians of the Galaxy or I simply don't remember LOL. Not a fan of MCU but had to watch quite a few for years as a guardian for juniors in my family. LOL
Regardless, Marvel movies are American classic comics and kids of generations grew up watching the shows. Even there are a huge following of adult fans. Marvel won't die. Fans will push the studio to get back on foot !

Dunno just looks boring. Both leads are boring actors. Reminds me of a spinoff of Amsal from 10 years back, but with a dif spin.
i guess netflix has high hopes for this project to be a global hit since they're releasing around the same time as The Glory was last year and split into 2 parts as well
