C-actress Peng Xiao Ran Looks Like a Different Person in New Period Dress Snowy Photoshoot

Is it new year new face for C-actress Peng Xiao Ran, or a case of makeup and styling lending to the unrecognizable flair. The actress’ agency released a new snow scape period attire photo shoot this week, which is fairly common for actresses to do their own shoots for promos, but if her name wasn’t attached to the photos I legit would not even think the person in the pictures is her. She looks a bit like Li Yi Tong now and even moreso she looks more like those C-ent blogger and influencer girls ubiquitously sporting the same copy and paste features and makeup. I hope she didn’t get anything done and this is just makeup because she is very unique in her looks and beauty, though she remains a one hit wonder with Goodbye My Princess and all subsequent dramas with Jun Jiu Ling, Romance of a Twin Flower, and Shining Just for You have all flopped.

I agree with others, the photos are probably highly edited. This isn't the first time we've seen pictures of actresses that are essentially edited beyond unrecognition. Sometimes I wonder who hires these photo editors.... or maybe they're doing a great job based on china's preferences for beauty.
I don't find her that different here...I recognized her at first glance? Maybe just too much smoothing but her features are essentially the same.
