So my personal best slay at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival with the Korean and Chinese stars is currently K-actress Han So Hee. The more I looked at her white ballet gown paired with messy fishtail braid look the more I love it, it helps her makeup was perfect and her looks and figure pairs so well with the entire look. Later in the day she debuted a different look at Cannes in a sage green embroidered thin strap gown and her hair long with natural soft waves, all to showcase an incredible starburst pattern Boucheron diamond choker. She looked like a rich princess without being too princessy. And rocked the gown way better than the model on the runway.

yeah that's the word for it, she really does look effortless in a way that's perfect for the French Riviera.
I think she's one of the very few celebs in her age group who actually has some sense of personal style (Kim Go Eun is another) and also has a styling team who work with it instead of against it.

I was surprised to see how many people in the other post didn't like the kinda-messy braid she was rocking, it's the perfect mix of relaxed/effortless and simple glamour with the jeweled clip! I also agree about her having an actual sense of style, that's the reason why I love looking at her Instagram posts, she always looks aesthetic in her posts, with her unique style and cute makeup looks lol
I like the dress and it compliments the pretty necklace well. Don't like her hair here or in the previous look though. Looks like she just rolled out of bed, so messy with dry ends and needs a trim.

In Korea a lot of celebrities had scandals worse than her (I'm not about something dangerous). And yet they're still good actors/actresses and made some big good projects, because people can differentiate drama from real life.

I have to give it to Han Sohee, she has a knack for making bohemian/undone looks feel elegant and natural to her, that green dress is an inspired choice - she's at Cannes to show off jewellery and the conventional wisdom for choosing a dress to go with such a statement necklace is to wear a plain black or white gown but that green colour is perfect on her and the necklace combined with the embroidery/beading on the dress is perfection, it even works with that messy-hair look she favours.
