I think yes, genre is a melo, drama More Beautiful Than Heaven. The plot about married couple, both of them died of old age and got a chance to return at a second life at the age they want. The wife decided to return at the age of 70, because she was happy at that age, and the husband is much younger.
That's all I know about the plot, but Han Ji Min, as I understand it, plays a younger version of wife.
