Period C-drama Everlasting Longing with Angelababy and Song Wei Long Receives Broadcast Permit
So the crystal ball says that C-actress Angelababy‘s soft cancellation has neared its end or ended, what with her filmed drama Everlasting Longing getting broadcast permit approval last week. She is reportedly anxious for this drama to air since she’s been offscreen for the last 8 months since she attended K-pop star Lisa’s performance at the burlesque club Crazy Horse in Paris. The drama stars Song Wei Long as the male lead and looks like one of those hate at first sight but super hot and sexy chemistry between two strong characters type romances and is adapted from a novel. But despite Angelababy wanting this drama to air ASAP, the production and Tencent has not yet started selling CFs to brands which is a sign that it’s not high on their expectations. I don’t know anyone who is clamoring for an Angelababy drama but this novel has fans that remain excited to see it air.

What's the background or historical setting of the novel/drama? I mean, the costume isn't that appealing to me.
I hope so too it happens. It actually does seem interesting. Not sure about the main characters acting but the scenario and story set up seems interesting. Guess we wait and see.

I like her in variety shows but after seeing trailers & photos for this one, it was my first time to feel excited for an Angela Bby drama! Hope script also will be worthy to watch.
