If producer Yu Zheng being such a troll online is intentional and meant to keep him always in topics of conversation then he’s doing a good job. And it does translate to more interest in his projects and he has a next drama lined up that he’s producing. It’s titled 玉铭茶骨 Yu Ming Cha Gu and is a male lead centric period drama with revenge and investigation/conspiracy so basically more of the usual. The male lead is almost confirmed to be Hou Ming Hao and earlier it was rumored that Wang Chu Ran was the female lead but it’s now been cleared up that Yu Zheng wants to use his own agency’s rising actress He Rui Xian in the role. Production is not yet confirmed to start but I’ll keep an eye out on this one.

Hou Ming Hao is overexposed
WCR should be doing that fantasy drama with Cheng Lei which imo is a much better choice than working with HMH. Agree that he's overexposed.
Yu Zheng needs a actress to replace Bai Lu since her contract is ending... he will now push someone up aggressively. I am unsure He Rui Xian's looks appeal to many viewers...she is pretty but ...there are buts... he has afew in his books. He will test market with them and see viewers's response.
