  • Unable to file a lawsuit against the claims of being pedo most likely means it’s true. They are removing the focus from that and focusing on other cases where they have an actual shot of winning.

• Do I trust SK Police final report? No I do not... as I know even if they did a good and thorough investigations, there are powerful strings in the background that will change the fair and honest reports. The polices have really little power against the power above them.

  • For real. I trust the SK police as much as I trust K-drama cops… NOT AT ALL. The incompetence of K-drama cops is actual real life representation of the SK legal system.

    • At least SK authority hasn't meddled in showbiz regarding how to present the image of law enforcement on screen. Look at their counterpart in China! LMAO. Corrupt as SK police force claimed to be and actually 100-times more decadent and egregious than SK, C drama advertised Chinese law enforcement and military almighty and glory with unquestionable integrity LMAO.

    • Defiance of justice and law enforcement? That's a pretty dangerous thought! That's a trend that left-leaning extremists like communists have been actively promoting and spreading in the democratic societies for decades. Their purpose is to upend democratic systems and destabilize these countries. History always repeats. What had happened to China pre-WWII would replay again in the West if the majority of citizens gradually lost confidence and trust in the current dem systems. The end result would be authoritative regimes brought upon themselves as China had gone through the same thing after WWII.

      I don't take reel for real. Therefore, whatever happened in showbiz as well as any narratives that stories on screen are trying to deliver have nothing much to do with my real life and shouldn't be generalized to the real world. In the filming industries in the free world, law enforcement and politics are most often than not depicted as the cesspool of corruption to create drama. LOL. Filming is art with free expression in the free world. Nonetheless, we shouldn't take it as fact-recording documentary. The messages in dramas are delivered by artists and from the perspectives of artists, not something from historians to be taken seriously. But many drama zealots are delusional, taking too much reel for real. Idolizing actors is one such scenario of delusional psyche; another scenario of delusional psyche is generalizing drama narratives to real world events. This is why China keeps spending tons of money in entertainment hoping to brainwash the world with its ideology. The CCP authority also clearly gave such directions in their high-up gatherings, National Congress of the Chinese Communist. It's clearly written in their meeting records (also publicly available) to invest much in showbiz and information warfare for CCP agenda.

Many EU countries and also many parts of the UK have higher crime rates than many parts of the US, not to mention terrorist acts thanks to racial tension brought upon by many immigrants from Middle East to the European countries. This is all in the news. You said no need to compare? But you've already made comparison implying the UK is better and safer than the US.       It's ironic you claim to be happily living in a democratic country like UK while spreading distrust in the law enforcement. Based upon your comments in the past, you seem to have more confidence in China's legal system and law enforcement than British systems cuz you've never criticized the country. But you've not been shy of slamming SK public systems here and there many times. As you said, you've never lived in China although HK is indeed part of China and you're from there LOL. But you've never lived in SK either if I recall correctly. It's just your habit to love downgrading SK's public systems (perhaps watching too many dramas? taking reel for real too seriously? LOL). That's why I question if you may as well just move to a country like China where the police force may make you feel safer. LOL.

      When we talk, we'd better examine if what's out of our mouths are consistent with our actions and decisions in life. Our actions and decisions should have reflected our values. Otherwise, it appears a bit two-faced. No offense again.

You may as well claim you have no trust in British's legal system either. LOL. No offense! Then why choosing to live in UK? You have freedom to live in non-democratic countries anyhow. Why not?     • @Somebody, it's not about the justice system in itself but how some humans who work or lead the judicial system are tainting it , they are persons and not prefect, so some are corrupted it's a fact . i can't say for others but i do like living in my country but the truth is that justice, and i could also include medical care, education...aren't done the same way if you are rich or poor , if you live in the countryside or in big cities ... I i was more fluent in english i could talk about many cases to prove me right .     • I dont trust British Police completely and trust my saftey completely in their hands. In UK, it is common for many petty crimes to go unsolved...we need to do our part to keep ourselves safe. But it is not as crazy place as some parts of US and their gun crimes etc...

      As for legal system, I find their legal system abit soft at time but it is always fair. Courts are open for anyone to attend. We have a different jury system to US and it is a very fair and open system.

      I choose to live in UK because I enjoy living here, no country is perfect. But there are many parts of UK I like, free healthcare, good education, freedom to be ourselves, acceptance of many religions etc

      As for non democratic Country... why should I move when I am happy here? I dont dislike a non democratic system as I never lived in one, experienced it nor even visited one as a tourist. I will dont see any need to compare.

    • @HL, Gerard Depardieu's trial began this week , even if i'm a french native i do like living in my country but it doesn't mean that i'm blind , there are a lot of things that aren't any more what they used to be, but we still be a land of welcome compared to others countries, Great Britain and France have a past of colonialism so it's normal to be multicultural countries . But lately , the rise of the extreme right wing parties in Europe worried me . 80 years after the World War II , i still don't understand how collective memory can be so weak ! But it's my own opinion and as i never lived in another country i can't say if it's better .

• In one of their last videos they said Kim Soo Hyun is a communist who works on Chinese government. Later they said "we will continue to talk about KSH when our president will come back to work". I rather will wait when they'll share information first before making any opinion about their "more than nth room" comment. If this is as dangerous as the nth room, or even more, they should tell about it as soon as possible. Not to let any more person to get hurt, or for criminals to hide evidences. I don't know how corrupt police in Korea, but I think if someone knows news as bad as nth room, they should make it public and also share it with police.
  I have questions to some last Garo Sero videos and their comments, and why they didn't post a metadata of at least one photo yet.
  But if I was in situation like KSH, I would be mad as hell and would sue everyone who dared to accuse me to something so terrible. I wouldn't care if parents just lost their child, I would make everyone who hurt me and lied about me to regret about it.
  The fact he still didn't do it makes me sceptical about him as well. It's very serious allegations to just ignore it.
  But maybe he will do it. Or not. Or he will do it, but it wouldn't be enough to assure me. I'll see.
  I also feel huge disgust to Lee Jung Ho. This man seems doesn't have any conscience at all. For someone who cowardly deleted videos about KSR out of fear being sued after her parents statement, it's ridiculous to see how he making new videos about her and pretending to be a right one.

  Anyway, I'm tired of this news. This is all a mess. I don't believe anyone.
  I will forget about this case and will check a month-two later, to see the actual and more detailed information about everything revealed for that time.

  • I'm also waiting for KSH to file law suits against defamation accusing him of pedo. Pedophilia is a very serious allegation. I don't believe any sane celeb would be lenient on such an allegation without taking any legal actions to combat the defamation. He appears even more fishy without any law suits against it and just focused on other disputes. What is his PR and legal advisors thinking about? Hmmmm🤔🤔

    • there was one defamation lawsuit and I read he was considering to file a lawsuit against pedophile rumors but I am not sure if I saw anything concrete either. Either it is true or he is still trying to bribe some folks or he will in the later days.

    • I am interested to find out if he will sue those that accused him of having dated Kim Sae Ron when she was 16yrs old. Since he deny he did, he could sue the parents for saying he did. That will nip all the drama in the bud from Day 1 if he is telling the truth.

      Pedo is a strong word, in the West if a older man who dated a young girl of 16yrs old, he will be in Pedo list when convicted. But in SK, in the years he dated Kim Sae Ron, age of consent was 14yrs, so he is not legally doing anything wrong under SK legal system. So he is not a pedo? Isn't it, so those that say he is, he can sue them? That is my understanding...I may be wrong.

  • Kim Soo Hyun's team too so long to use a ex to turn the drama, steer this narrative. He is a control freak, he must hate being out of control, how he manage to pay for some guy to speak for him.
    Kim Soo Hyun is not the only person that took advantage of Kim Saeron. That I am sure many agree, from her own parents to being groomed and them meeting crap/shit guys after....she is the result of years of being used/abused by people closest to her.

    I dont side her parents too but I am sure Kim Soo Hyun would have offered money to shut them up from begining..but they did not want to be in touch with him at all. That is at least something they did right for her. I do hold Kim Soo Hyun responsible for grooming her too young. What comes after in her life just got worse and worse. She was on free fall.

    Kim Soo Hyun did not legally do anything wrong (As SK legal age of consent was so much younger then), thus the police will not knock on his door. How the company handled her debt was harsh too. I still remember a video posted of Kim Saeron begging on the ground asking for more time, it was posted to make her look bad. It was so painful to watch.

  • Her ex attacked her husband, and posted text messages from KSR saying how he abused her.
    Text messages can be photoshopped though.
    Ex said he was with KSR in the hospital in November when she hurt herself, and what her family members didn't visit her. If this is true documents should be about it. If he was with her, I think this information should be in documents.
    I still don't know what all of this is true or not.
    But even if ex is right about her husband and family, it has nothing to do with KSH and doesn't make accusing of grooming baseless.
    The fact both sides of the story not suing each other after everything they accusing each other to, is ridiculous to me.

    • He clearly did date her too young. But he is just one of many factors/people that led to her death. There are too many layers of issue here..but people can sometimes forget that. There is never one of 2 reasons... I dont trust her family really protected and took care of her very well too.

• This drama continues daily with a new spin with more and more cast member entering the scene. First the manager, then the friend then the ex. They all came out within a week or two to talk trash about KSR especially the ex which made it so suspicious as if he could be bribed by KSH since the ex said he never met KSH. Then the husband came out and refuted some of the statements made by the ex. Police has started the investigation.

  I was hoping to see KSH come out and do a live press but he just keeps hiding and letting 3rd parties do the talk. I thought his agency said they will issue an apology of some sort but what happen to that? I want to see his Queen of tears, tell everyone that everything is ok when it is not ok and then continue living his life like any ordinary day.

  • It seems currently he lets all the producers doing the work. Do we have to wait until moon embracing the sun for this all brouhaha end. If he can secretly greatly get away from this, perhaps he is indeed coming from another star.

    On serious note : I do really take a pity of KSR. What a tragic life & ending of a such bright young actress. Rest in peace, girl
