Zhao Lu Si Reportedly Resolves Potential Penalty for Not Finishing Filming Almost Lover by Re Signing Another Five Year Contract with Agency

So this is the latest industry gossip but if her fans are taking is seriously and vocally lodging their displeasure and complaint it’s probably likely happening. This week the word is that C-actress Zhao Lu Si has resolved a potential penalty issue with the production of modern romance C-drama Almost Lover. She left the set abruptly last December for a health issue and spent the next two months recuperating and on hiatus. There was talk last month of the production being reassembled to finish filming but nothing came of it, likely because Zhao Lu Si did not want to. Now she will not need to pay the penalty but in exchange has re signed a five year contract with her agency, with it being her agency was also an investor in the production. Part of her health issue was reportedly being mistreated by her agency in the past so her fans are super upset she will be continuing with this agency. It appears to be a power play from both sides and unfortunately the deeper pocket won out in the standoff.
