Well it looks like C-actress Zhao Li Ying isn’t content to be one of the top of the C-drama actress list and branching into more prestigious C-movies, she’s also stepping behind the scenes. It was revealed recently that the actress is the executive producer of the just started filming xianxia C-drama Xiao Yao starring Tan Song Yun and Hou Min Hao. Since she’s always an asset in front of the cameras as well, she will be doing a guest starring appearance in this drama to boost more attention. It’s cool to see her transition so successfully into expanding her career in her 30s especially after the major life change of marriage, baby, and then divorce. She has a really good eye for picking dramas and if she wants to produce Xiao Yao it’s making the project look even more promising.
