Written Preview for Episode 10 of Spy Myung Wol

I really appreciate all the thoughtful and considerate responses to my predicament about dropping my Spy Myung Wol recaps. The last time I considered dropping a recap (for 49 Days), people started insulting my taste in dramas and being generally very rude. Thank you Spy-ers for being very cool about it. As such, I am definitely not going to recap SMW anymore, but I will keep bringing written preview and video previews for the drama until it finishes, as appreciation for how awesome the Spy fans are. And perhaps something else as well, so stay tuned.

Written preview for episode 10:

As Kang Woo and In Ah’s “relationship” is the talk of the town, Myung Wol sinks into an emotional exhaustion. But Myung Wol remains undeterred, continuing with her plans to marry Kang Woo.

On the other hand, Hee Bok and Ok Soon become members of the Anti In Ah-Kang Woo Fan Club and begin to plot their next moves to split up Kang Woo and In Ah.

At the filming set for the new drama, because a female actress is involved in a car accident and cannot film, Myung Wol steps in for the role. Even in this situation, Kang Woo cannot take back his feelings for Myung Wol….

  • SMH. Auntie K,
What are they doing to this show. Now Idk if I will keep watching it. SMH once more :/

  • Thanks for keeping the motivation to post the preview for us! I agree with you.. At the beginning I was totally excited about this new drama, it seemed fresh and appealing but right now.. I feel like we're seeing the same thing again and again .. :( I hope they will develop MW and KW relationship nicely and end it beautifully!

  • I totally understand. Drama time is precious, so better to invest it in ones that will have a consistently good storyline/plot throughout. :)

P.S. Thanks for the preview recap.

  • Meh, that's it I am jumping ship!!! If you are not going to recap anymore I don't wanna watch it, to be honest I only made it this far because of your recaps I love reading them but the drama is getting ridiculous now, I hate how they portray Myung Wol as a weakling when it comes to Kang Woo, for heavens sake it's a drama so let her kick some ass like she is trained to do. Anyway thank you for the recaps so far and I will still daily haunt your site anyway for other info LOL:))))

  • Thanks for this and for future updates.

I watched 8 really fast. I think I understood the gist of what was happending, thought am still trying to figure out why MW kept the ring...

It is always interesting to me that even though you are volunteering your time, energy and talents for no cost no membership no promise of fealty, people feel they can insult you and order you around.

  • I understand Koala... I myself is thinking if I will still watch out for this drama or not. :( I hate what they did for this one. I was so excited upon its announcement... huhuhu. What happened? :((

  • i don't even know where this drama went. ugh -__-. it makes me so sad. this drama was awesome. it had quirkiness and humor and a plot that i loved but, i don't know. it's a bit frustrating. i guess too many chefs in the kitchen with 5 writers. i feel like they could have done so much with the end of episode 8, but with the re-firing. ugh, i just...yeah.
    thank you koala :]

  • Well all the SMW fans can always read the recaps at dramabeans if they want! I think I'm going to give this show 2 more chances with this week's episodes and if it doesn't improve or dare-i-say-it gets any worse I will probably be dropping too.

Now if only I could get my hands on some subs for Protect the Boss I could still meet my romcom quota! I want to see that one sooooo bad.

      • I know, right? You can watch on viki.com which has the first two episodes almost completely subbed but I want to download softsubs to watch on my tv! I'm just spoiled like that. Plus, the viki vids don't work for those outside the US I think.

  • thanks for the written preview Koala. For me, even though SPW not as fun as LTM to watch, I am still curious to see how the story will end.

I am also watching Scent of Woman now, which I find is very good, much better compare to SPW and Heartstrings...and the next one in the target is Protect The Boss.... :)
