Okay, it’s official. Until this drama becomes as dumb as May Queen (and I pray to god it doesn’t because that drama blows so hard whales respond to its call of suckitude), from here on out I will be recapping all Hyung Joon-Soo Yeon scenes from Missing You. Normally I would recap the entire drama since I do love Yoon Eun Hye and Yoo Seung Ho enough to do it despite finding the drama written with enough sturm and drang a tropical storm might be named after it. Sadly, all my love for Yeo Jin Gu still isn’t enough for me to connect with the character of Han Jung Woo. Knowing that the adult version is played by Yoochun, who I thought was the best thing in Rooftop Prince but still doesn’t push any of my buttons, I just know that I will zone out for any scene not involving Hyung Joon and Soo Yeon. It’ll just be like “blah blah blah OMG HYUNG JOON-SOO YEON! blah blah blah”. Asking me to recap an entire drama when I only want to watch at most 20% of it is a poor use of my time.
A better use of my time would be for me to think of new ways to describe how the way Hyung Joon looks at Soo Yeon makes my spine tingle, or conjure up fanciful projections of how Hyung Joon could have spent the last 14 years with Soo Yeon and imagining their non-PG types of nocturnal activities. The latest stills of Yoon Eun Hye and Yoo Seung Ho from MY is a continuation of the earlier batch, showing her directing a fashion show and showing him staring at her with puddles of love and pride in his eyes. Who knew that so soon after May Queen I would find myself rabidly on a second lead shipping situation again. I do recall how much fun it was when MQ was at least entertaining with the Chang Hee-Hae Joo cuteness, so if MY gives me that and then some, I will be a happy camper and will find time spent with this drama well worth it. Never fear, Seung Ho loving noonas – I shall be the crack dealer for his brand of hotness in MY for as long as I can so get your buckets ready to catch the drool. This is going to be so fun!

I have some serious second lead shipping right now....and I haven't even seen the drama yet.
Second lead shipping is usually my deterrent and the brunt of my reluctance to turn this on, but at this point(admiration for my #1 Baby Boo), I can't pass this by. *sigh*

Same here! I may like Yoochun, JYJ, DBSK, and all, but I'm not one to ignore where real chemistry lies! The problem is that JYJ fans can get overwhelmingly possessive of their idols, because they live in the reality that the world is against JYJ (after the SM lawsuit.) I understand their pain, but there comes a point when it is just too much.
