Taiwan’s biggest producer of nicely packaged idol dramas SETTV held a thank you banquet at the Taipei Le Meredien over the weekend, the second successive big celebrity packed event at the fancy hotel after Mark Chao and Gao Yuan Yuan‘s wedding the might before. The network rented out the hotel banquet hall for its first ever sponsor gratitude event, hardly as salacious as it sounds as it is merely the first time the SETTV honchos invited the top brand sponsors and CF advertisers together for a shindig together with the current batch of big name drama stars.
In attendance were the leads from all the currently airing dramas: Lin Yo Wei and Mandy Wei from Say Yes Again I Do (dull and can’t wait for it to be over), George Hu with Yuan Ai Fei and Kun Da from Love Cheque Charge (so darn cute I just love it!), and Chris Wang and Lego Lee along with leading ladies Summer Meng and Yao Yao from Aim High (shrieky and self-serving, one word: loathe!!). Everyone looks great even if not all the dramas from the network were all that memorable this year.
So the most recent casting for this drama is now confirmed as the final selection…

I love LCC too! Very refreshing and cute. It's been getting a little heavy towards the end but still love to watch George Hu and Yuan Ai Fei.
I love George Hu so... of course I like Love Cheque Charge ^.^ I coincide with Alora, the last episodes are being a little heavier but I'm enjoying it anyway.
With some of the turkeys they served this year, SETTV should hold a viewers thank you banquet.
