I already have hearts in my eyes upon seeing the first script reading stills of the leads in upcoming K-drama Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food. This is one of those rare casting choices that appear to have near universal thumbs up from netizens and who doesn’t like a smart and well-selected choice of Son Ye Jin as the pretty noona to recent breakout actor Jung Hae In as the guy she goes from seeing as a little brother type to a potential romantic interest. They look fantastic together in the first picture of them side-by-side, approachable and comfortable with each other. The drama from PD Ahn Pan Seok of Secret Love Affair and Heard it Through the Grapevine will clearly come with a lot more substance than the usual rom-com and I couldn’t be more excited!

Visually this is some damn good casting. She's beautiful and he's just wonderful to look at, I love Jung Hae In's face. I know they'll step up to the plate acting wise too so I hope the writer and director do so too (I'll still watch either way tbh) So excited!
It's one of the dramas that I'm expecting the most ! The casting, the story and the team of production are good ! I think it will air after Misty, in the second half of March.
