  • Dylan's hair style as Daoming Si during their initial meet is called the pineapple hair and more accurate to the fruit style than outdated curls.

    It's set in the modern millennial era, not the old '90s so they need a fresh look.

  • The guy with dark hair and undone tie is dao ming si (lead), the one with glasses is the one that will be with the best friend of shan cai'the brown hair guy in the midsle is rui that plays violin and the other is the womanizer one

• Is that me or I feel they are following the Japanese version ? Some scenes reminds me of the MaoTsujun ones namely in the 2nd season

  • all scenes look familiar, if you have watched the Korean version as well... But I am glad the female lead here is a lot cuter than the Korean lead... For the male lead, I prefer the Japanese version more...

• Don't care if the scenes are recognisable. The cast looks good and dressed appropriately. And thank goodness the gowns looks better. The previous versions has the female dressed in awful awful dresses.

  Just please act well, be directed well and not too campy... and I will be a happy fan.

• I loved the korean version, fun to watch and i loved watching GHS and the guys. At the same time, i loved the japanese version, MJ,OS and our beloved heroine ( i stalked many of their dramas and movies). The only version i didnt watch was Meteor Garden. I felt it was too serious.
