With a movie titled The Witch Part 1: The Subversion, it’s already primed for a sequel so thankfully the movie was good and a sequel is coming. The Witch herself Kim Da Mi has seen her career since the first movie hit a new high this year with Itaewon Class so this movie now seems like an even bigger sure bet. Joining her as a return cast member is veteran actress Jo Min Su, with new faces Jin Goo and Park Eun Bin also signed on. K-actor Lee Jong Seok is getting discharged from the military in two weeks and has already confirmed his special appearance in the movie as a favor for the director who directed him in V.I.P. I’m even more thrilled that a female-centric story is getting the chance to be continued on.

Kim Da Mi is so good as Ja Yoon! Love her! But I think there's a different main character for part 2. I'm still glad that she's part of the sequel.

Kim Da Mi was so so good in the first film. I remember immediately googling about her right after I finished watching the movie. I really liked her performance there and I was hoping she'll get bigger so I can see more of her. I'm so glad things are looking up!
