The long (awaited?) saga of So I Married an Anti-fan has finally reached its conclusion. Three years after it was filmed, the Chinese-Korean jointly produced drama has premiered on streaming network iQiyi. Leads Sooyoung and Chansung were there but male lead Choi Tae Joon is still in the army, enlisting after he completed the drama, so the production went with a full sized cardboard cutout of his character in the drama as his stand in. As opposed to just…..not with that since everyone knows he’s in the army and isn’t wondering why he’s not at the press conference. This is all so ghetto and hilarious and makes me want to watch this drama more for the likely for the likely so bad it’s good (?) production.
There are weird casting choices and this one is weird from both the leads itself…
Well this is an interesting pairing, setting aside the age difference at least I can…
I swear I just wrote about Song Joong Ki having his first baby and then…

Her shirt is hanging so weirdly: where it's pointing to is just not very flattering
kim yoojung and choi soyoung should act in a drama as sisters
Did they ever say in the press conference why it took so long for them to get on air?
1000% pure speculation but it may have something to do with Choi Tae Joon being tangentially involved in the "Golden Phone" scandal. If I remember correctly, he wasn't ever directly implicated in anything but was/is friends with some of the more unsavory players involved. So maybe fear of guilt by association?
That, and the fact that he had enlisted soon after the drama wrapped filming, made no one want to pick it up.
I watched 2 episodes. It was so bad and so good at the same time. I love it. I think I'll be watching this entire series. lol
At least they have had Choi Tae Joon even just a cut out cardboard and they did the presscon. Funny but charmingly.
