One of the most enjoyable similar themed dramas was Bring It On, Ghost! with Kim So Hyun and Taecyeon many years ago and this feels like the right pairing for a drama that is primed to bring the same cute and slightly scary energy. The first look is out for upcoming Kakao TV K-drama Shaman Girl Ga Doo Shim (Superior Shaman Ga Doo Shim) with close in age leads and both former child stars Nam Da Reum and Kim Sae Ron, with the cute posting filming pictures on SNS and trumping up excitement for the drama which has Kim Sae Ron playing a high school student who was born able to see spirits and has the ability to be a shaman. She hates her birthright and wants to live a normal life, and transfers to a high school where she encounters rich ordinary high school boy Nam Da Reum. He ends up seeing spirits because of her and the two band together to battle the spirits at the school. It absolutely riffs off Bring It On, Ghost! but without one character being a spirit so two alive humans with increase the chance of a happy ending. They look so compatible together, I can’t wait for this drama which has a shorter length of 12-episodes.

Oh these precious babies, look at them!!! Look how wonderful it is when she is paired with someone close to her age as a costar :) they look so adorable together and seem quite close, I would not be surprised if they were already friends before this!
