With that said, I HATE inconsiderate and loud neighbors with a passion so dude, grow some thoughtfulness and make this a life changing attitude going forward. An post today by someone claiming to be neighbors with a Korean actor star who was very loud and inconsiderate made the rounds because K-netizens expect stars to at least be thoughtful since they already enjoy the spoils of fame and success. Netizens outed the star as Kim Kyung Nam and shortly thereafter his agency confirmed and said Kim Kyung Nam was very apologetic, regretful, and will talk with the neighbors personally to apologize and never do it going forward. Apparently it’s an older solo building and Kim Kyung Nam often (2-3 times a week) has friends over at night to eat and drink and the hanging out goes on late and they are very loud so the neighbors hear all the noise and cannot rest and sleep well. Rule number one of living in a building with others is “the walls are thin” and “no loud noises late at night”. I can see young single dudes having friends over often but just be mindful of others around m’kay.

This is considered a scandal? A simple apology would suffice.
I am not defending him but with covid cases in Korean entertainment still not going down, having friends at night to eat and drink is better than being seen in questionable places and doing scandalous stuff.
Maybe he needs to shell out those hard earned cash to sound proof his apartment?
Soundproofing his apartment sounds like a neat idea but unfortunately, if he's alone and God forbid, something is happening to him one day, no one would hear his yell for help. It's better to tone it down and be civil with his neighbors.
The scandals in korea make indian celebs scandals look nothing. Atleast they can date, homewreck and have some freedom here.
He was definitely wrong for this. And it doesn't say in the post, but I wish the neighbor had first talked to him neighbor to neighbor to quiet down OR complained to whoever is in charge of the building to talk to him and if he'd still kept up the noise-making after that, then take this measure. But oh well...

this is light scandal. having neighbours nagging you over for being loud, his circle of friends who come over his house could be celebrities that koala likes too. They're bachelor and this is their only way of having fun. kim kyungnam need to up some cash and move to secluded house. poor lad

This is really ironic because Kim Kyung Nam was on "I Live Alone" and the hosts kept making fun of him for being so quiet all day. Guess that was just an act or he leaves all his noise-making for night time.
