Well K-drama gods you certainly delivered on this one. K-ent is reporting today that both Park Bo Gum and IU are confirmed to return together to the small screen in a K-drama in 2023. It’s titled You Worked Hard (a working title which is a saying from Jeju sland) and will be from the screenwriter Im Sang Choon of award winning drama When the Camellia Blooms as well as Fight My Way. Directing is PD Kim Won Seok of My Ahjusshi so a reunion with IU. This is a HIGHLY anticipated project on all fronts starting with PD and screenwriter and now even more so with the confirmed addition of leads Park Bo Gum and IU. This drama is now one of the most star studded series for 2023 along with Where Stars Land with Gong Hyo Jin and Lee Min Ho and Queen of Tears with Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won. And every 2023 drama will have to be matched up to The Glory which airs part 2 in early March to hopefully continue its part 1 success.

2023 is shaping up to be a better year for me in terms of big name pairings. Can't wait to see all three. I forgot about HSH & PSJ's Gyeongseong Creatures. Most intriguing would be surprise sleeper hits that no one anticipates like Attorney Woo last year.
All three dramas sound really good and obviously the buzziest as well. I’m really not a fan of the writer, but the PD is strong for this one.

This is the best news coming from bogum lately. After all those trolls of agencies news. This drama is top tier from casts to writer to pd even the art director too. I’m rooting for bogum and IU shaking the kdrama land, especially bogum. People need to be reminded that he is a great actor and was recognized for his acting first before anything else. Hope this one will also gets as much critical acclaim as well as the hype because they deserve it.

wow this is one stacked production team! i do hope the two of them can build believable chemistry together cause it sounds like the whole drama will hinge on the love story…..and both their previous dramas were lacking in that regard lol.
