Now that C-drama Lost You Forever has finished airing Part 1 I have time and mental bandwidth to check out the recently premiered other dramas and look forward to upcoming ones. The latter most high on my list is Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun which is the direct continuation of the OG drama which aired in 2020. With a time jump to swap out the two younger leads and the two supporting antagonists returning, the drama looks a lot more bright and interesting with the world building behind us now. New male lead Lee Jun Ki shared a sneak peek at an Allure Korea pictorial with female lead Shin Se Kyung that already looks insanely lit with their eye contact, I can’t wait for the entire spread. And the drama has released two new sprawling set posters that showcase the scope of the power and war struggle to come in the drama.

I like these two. They have unique acting styles and very much recognizable. I appreciate actors usually not for their good acting skills that could turn stale eventually but how they have charm differentiating from others on screen. LJK and SSK are among those whose dramas I'll definitely check out. Hopefully the sequel has better scriptwriting and directing that will do justice to the acting talent. Fantasy costume drama is my favorite genre. I'm looking forward to its premiere.
They both have visuals and actong styles that stood out. I didnt watch the first one but I might check out this for LJK
