Personally I find it refreshing to see celebrities announcing their own relationships. Best of luck to them!
Note: I don't follow Kpop idols at all, so my comment is general--on first glance I didn't know these people at all (but on second glance, now I do). I still think everyone should get to pick their own dating partners without it being a public vote, and it's really nobody's business but that of the people actually dating. And I think it's nice when a couple gets to announce themselves instead of being found out by some nosy reporter peeping in their windows. That said, the public is also allowed to have their own opinions on things, which I am pretty sure they will here.
