Xianxia C-drama Shui Long Yin with Luo Yun Xi Release New Posters for Lunar New Year
Now that the overly elaborate costumed xianxia C-drama Moonlight Mystique is done airing, it’s time for it’s equally ornate cousin Shui Long Ying to start readying for it’s arrival down the road. The drama starring Luo Yun Xi has been done filming for quite some time but hasn’t been rumored yet among the industry insiders for a definitive airing date, but my gut tells me soon. It’s very very “extra” in the same way I found MM to be in the whole world building visuals but that’s not a diss just that it would have to really anchor a strong story to make all the whiz bam pow make sense and not overwhelming. It’s got a big cast as well but is a strong male lead centric story so let’s see how Luo Yun Xi flies solo in delivering the ratings.

Not a huge fan of the styling based on these pictures. A bit too over the top, especially for the male characters. But I will at least check out a few episodes anyway for Alen Fang Yilun and Sabrina Chen Yao 😊
