Ruby Lin Celebrates Hubby Wallace Huo’s 37th Birthday and Readies for Baby Arrival

The first baby in the recent great baby watch of Taiwan and Chinese entertainment arrived last week as Michelle Chen and Chen Xiao welcomed their first born son. Next up on the gestational schedule is Ruby Lin and Wallace Huo, but before their baby arrives the newlywed couple got to celebrate another big event together. Wallace turned 37 years old on December 26th and his wife Ruby posted pictures on her SNS showing the couple celebrating together with a cake created by Ruby out of fondant illustrating a scene in the kitchen. There’s even an allusion to their baby with an “I love daddy” tag on the fondant fridge.

The couple has been very low key since getting married, with Wallace in China filming period drama Ruyi’s Royal Love in the Palace with Zhou Xun while Ruby is in Taipei and recently wrapped up all her entertainment work activities during the final weeks before the baby arrives. Wallace has been busy in recent weeks promoting fantasy rom-com Suddenly Seventeen with Ni Ni and Darren Wang, with Ruby doing her part to support her hubby by booking an entire theater for a showing for friends and family.
