Entertainment is a business and for both fandom and anti-fandom there is a measure of paid actors padding both ranks. The water armies that come out to flood a topic or star are case in point, it’s important to not take it personal otherwise its hard to mentally endure. C-actress Zhao Lu Si held a live stream at the invitation of a platform recently and was interacting happily with her fans when the paid anti-fans showed up and started asking rude questions and being the usual disruptors. Zhao Lu Si is known to have a fiery personality and she got mad and called them out for using anonymous accounts to harass her and she said it all in her Szechuan spicy girl accent. I love that she was all IDGAF and wasn’t scared of the antis but unfortunately the platform was not happy with her showing that side of herself and may not want to invite her back for live streams (which are usually to sell stuff when celebs want to make money on the side). I’m with Zhao Lu Si here, it’s okay to lose some projects as sometimes you gotta dish it right back.
