Third Preview for Legend of the Blue Juxtaposes Sageuk Seriousness with Modern Hijinks
Yay, new preview for Legend of the Blue Sea! Anything to wash away the muck and grime from the disappointment that is recently concluded Moon Lovers is fine by me. The third teaser is out and this one takes a contrasting vibe – showing us serious Lee Min Ho as a Joseon magistrate before abruptly cutting away to his modern day conman sporting multiple disguises including to woo ladies. We don’t see Joseon time period immortal mermaid Jeon Ji Hyun but in the present day she’s clearly crossed paths and hanging around Lee Min Ho, or more like dependent on him. I’m so keen to find out their backstory during the Joseon days, a really intense and ill-fated romance is sorely needed for me so that I can commit fully to shipping their modern era happy ending.

Legend of the Blue Sea is going to be great! Visually its a gem- so beautiful!!- The actors are amazing and look perfect together. Im excited to see Lee Min Ho playing multiple roles!! I laughed like crazzy with the funny scenes and I hope the drama and tragedy of the past will wreck my heart,but only if there is a happy ending for this couple in present times!
I’m really loving this so far!! please don’t dissappoint like other two dramas did to me, please!! and please give me a modern era happy ending, what’s a second chance in modern life if we will end up with a sad ending in both Joseon and modern life lines, right?!!
