Park Bo Gum Mixes Sweet Charm with LA Style Backdrop in December Elle Korea Pictoria
Gotta give Park Bo Gum personal credit for breaking the so-called Answer Me/Reply curse, the one which says the success of the leads from the drama series can’t be followed up in their next acting project. Park Bo Gum blew that hex out of the water with the incredible success and buzz of youth romance sageuk Moonlight Drawn by Clouds. Not to mention his success at variety shows and hosting, the young man is a triple threat that doesn’t seem to be slowing down. Last month he was in LA for various entertainment activities including shooting a pictorial for Elle Korea. I love how his boyish and buoyant energy contrasts with the urban edginess of the backdrops selected for this shoot.
I like that he is expressive even for photoshoots. There are so many shoot out there where the model’s face look exactly the same every single photo. Through his eyes, I feel like he was trying to tell a story an not just trying to look “chic” in pretty clothes.
He is just gorgeous. ??? simply gorgeous.
I personally think that he had his breakthrough in I Remember You/Monster
It was so beautiful. His performance along with Seo In Guk was what kept that drama working. And later on with the big bad pulling the strings—I think Park Bo Gum pulled the weights just right, and THEN his hype was pulled in Answer me.
He is just great though. Moonlight was great, he is amazing!
