Awwww, this is one of my fave medical J-doramas and the final casting announcement this week just feels like half the wind got sucked out of it. The K-drama adaptation of Unnatural has confirmed that Yoona and Lee Jin Wook will be the leads, with the drama aiming for an early 2027 release. The female lead doctor is such a great role and Yoona has been on a streak of picking good dramas that do well, but saddling her with Lee Jin Wook is such a buzz kill for me. Are there no actors left in K-drama land that he keeps getting work lol. With that said, this is a procedural with mystery of the episode set ups so it should be fine to watch solely for the interesting medical investigation stories.
