All drama production has resumed since the last August into early September two week pause due to COVID-19 resurgence in South Korea. I’m glad everyone practiced safety over profit and entertainment, but that does mean many upcoming dramas pushed back its premiere date. That includes jTBC‘s Private Life with Go Kyung Pyo, Seohyun, Kim Hyo Jin, and Kim Young Min which will not air on October 7th. I wasn’t terribly interested in this drama when it was announced but a combination of really stylish promo posters and it being a jTBC drama has slowly curried my attention. Go Kyung Pyo is making his drama comeback after military service and he really had shed that boyish aura a lot more and it’s nice to see Kim Hyo Jin in her first drama in 8 years, she basically stopped working after marrying Yoo Ji Tae and the two having a son in 2014. This is a weird life year to make a comeback but if it’s a great role and a fun drama then it’ll be a smart choice.
