Period Investigation C-drama Blade of Vengeance with Gong Jun and Wang Yu Wen Releases Teaser Posters as Filming Kicks off
C-actor Gong Jun hasn’t been filming as many dramas in recent years and that’s okay if his works are always well received but it’s still hit or miss with him. The Legend of Anle was watchable but still not very good while Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Red Moon Pact was an unwatchable mess. He finished filming period wuxia C-drama Blood River which should air in early to mid 2026 and now he’s off to film period investigation C-drama Blade of Vengeance (Bai Yi Gong Qin 白衣公卿 or White Robed Constable). The drama has a solid cast with Wang Yu Wen as the female lead and veteran Nie Yuan along with second male lead Yu Cheng En. The teaser poster concept is a new one for me as it has all four leads posed in the exact same position and backdrop lol. Not sure if I like it or not but it is different to say the least.
Due to supporting cast, I will be interested in this drama… Will check it out.

i might be in the minority who love legend of anle… I LOVE it.maybe new in cdrama help alot appreciating this. what I love is the character remain consistent. their motive is clear and not confusing. And it move me.
